Znakomity hotel! Bardzo życzliwa obsługa świetne jedzenie. Uwagi krytyczne: zbyt chłodna woda w basenie. Ale jest jeszcze coś - są pokoje z widokiem na jakieś instalacje techniczne na dachu - to porażka marketingowa, coś trzeba z tym zrobić...!

We stay here eight days. Main reason was healthly treatment program in nice environment. The target is achieved and we get very good holiday. Staff is very friendly and the dinner every day surprice us in nice way. Many German old people you should realize that stay in this hotel as well. Only one thing could be better - lift algorythm because in some time waiting time is too long

This is the 2 time that ma wife and I have visited the "Hamilton" Hotel. We were there to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. The Hotel room was very comfortable and all the staff were super helpful. In particular I would like to say a special thank you to "Katja" on the reception, who organised flowers and a table for me prior to our arrival in the hotel. Throughout our stay Katja was always there to answer any queries as well as all the other staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Hamilton" (although due to Illnes of some hotel staff etc, not all activities were able to be fulfilled). If I had one thing to change in the hotel it would be the chairs in the "Salzgrotte" they are a little bit uncomfortable. I would recommend the hotel "Hamilton" to anyone who visits Swinemuende, it was a great stay. Thank you all once again for making my wife's and my stay super.

Hat nichts mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Die Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, Restaurantpersonal spricht weder polnisch, noch englisch. Zum Abendessen wird einem nichts zum trinken angeboten. Ne gute halbe Stunde vor Schließung des Restaurant wurde das Buffet teilweise abgeräumt. Zimmer sind schön geräumig und sauber. Minibar leer geräumt warum auch immer. Dachte das gehört zu einem 5 Sterne dazu aber nicht hier. Ich kann nur sagen, einmal und nie wieder. Sucht euch ein anderes Hotel, denn es ist wirklich schlecht vom Service und verdirbt einem die gute Urlaubslaune.
